REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Toombs County, Georgia is seeking Request for Proposals for Correctional Health Care Services for the Toombs County Detention Center.
All proposals must be received in the office of the Toombs County Board of Commissioners, 100 Courthouse Square, Lyons, Georgia 30436 or P.O. Box 112, Lyons, Georgia 30436 by Noon, Monday, September 1, 2025.
Vendor must follow all Federal and State Laws and provide proof of Workman Compensation Insurance and liability insurance in the amount of $ 1,000,000 per occurrence with $5,000,000 annual aggregate with Toombs County named as an additional insured and e-verify compliance when bid is awarded.
Toombs County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, re-advertise the proposal, waive technicalities/administrative errors (as defined by Toombs County) and make awards in the best interest of the county and in compliance with state law.
